The client is reminded of deposit payment and graphics submission deadlines on a regular basis.
Project is reviewed, agreed and signed off by the client, including acceptance of the Delivery Guarantee.
Client is kept informed via email at each key stage of the project process.
If delivery exceeds the agreed date and time, a financial penalty of 5% of total project value is charged for every hour of delay.
If the client is unable to trade from the stand on exhibition day due to late delivery by the supplier, a 100% refund is due.
The Delivery Guarantee is cancelled if deposit payment is not received or graphics are not submitted by the deadline.
